What this tool will not do
- Several tables in one CSV can be awkward to read — PDF to Excel gives one sheet per table.
- Columns aligned with spaces rather than drawn as a table are not reliably detected.
- A scanned PDF has no table structure; make it searchable first.

Excel or CSV? +
Excel when there is more than one table, or when a human will read it. CSV when a system will.
Will Cyrillic open correctly? +
Yes. The file is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, which is what Excel needs to avoid mojibake.
What if no table is found? +
The tool says so rather than returning an empty file.
