When you need this
- The price annex has to be attached to the contract as a fixed document.

- You need the numbers in a filing that only accepts PDF.

What this tool will not do
- This is the values as a table, not a rendering of your spreadsheet — cell colours, conditional formatting, charts and images are not reproduced.
- Very wide sheets are laid out as best they can be; a 40-column sheet will be cramped.
- Formulas are not shown, only their results.

Will it look exactly like my spreadsheet? +
No. It produces a clean table of the values, one section per sheet — not a picture of Excel. For contract annexes that is usually what you want; for a formatted dashboard it is not.
Are charts included? +
No. Charts and images are not carried across; the data behind them is.
Can I merge it into the contract afterwards? +
Yes — use Merge PDF, or open both in the document workspace.
