Most of what a contract review costs is not judgement. It is the hour somebody spends working out what is in the document before any judgement is possible. That part is mechanical, and that is the part software does well.
What AI review is genuinely good at
Reading every page with the same attention. A person on their fortieth contract of the week does not, and knows it — which is how a buried auto-renewal survives three reviews and surfaces a year later.
Consistency. The same six criteria are applied to every document, so two contracts can be compared on the same terms rather than on how thorough the reviewer was feeling.
Speed at the point of decision. A review that arrives in thirty seconds gets used before signing. One that arrives in three days often arrives after.
Where it does not belong
Negotiation. Knowing that an indemnity is uncapped is analysis; knowing whether to spend your leverage on it is not.
Anything already in dispute. Once there is a disagreement, the question is no longer what the document says but what a court will do with it.

We do not publish an accuracy figure, because we have not measured one in a way that would mean anything. What we can say: it reads every page consistently, it explains each score so you can check it, and it says when a file is not a legal document rather than inventing an answer.
Is it confidential? +
Your document is not used to train a model and is not sold. It is not privileged in the legal sense — using software is not the same as instructing counsel. Full detail on the security page.
