What this tool will not do

- Tables lose their structure; use PDF to Excel or PDF to CSV for those.
- Formatting, headings and page breaks are not preserved by design.

Why is my file empty? +
Almost always because the PDF is a scan. Run Make PDF Searchable first, then convert.
What about tables? +
They come out as text and lose their grid. PDF to Excel keeps rows and columns.
Which encoding? +
UTF-8, so Cyrillic and accented characters survive.
Is the document a contract?
