A contract analyzer reads an agreement the way a reviewer would on a first pass — looking for what is undefined, what is one-sided, and what protection is missing — and gives you the result in about thirty seconds instead of in three days.
What it analyzes
The whole document, in the language it is written in. It works out what kind of agreement it is, then scores it against six criteria and counts the concrete weaknesses it found — clauses that are missing, terms left undefined, obligations that run only one way.
The score that usually tells the story is Balance of Terms. A contract can be perfectly clear, perfectly enforceable and still be written entirely for the other side, and that is the thing a first-time reader is least likely to notice on their own.
How it works

The result appears on the page: six scores out of ten, one sentence each, the document type detected, and the weakness count. With an account, the analyzer goes further and rewrites the weak clauses.

It admits when it cannot help
A file that is not a legal document comes back as exactly that, rather than as an invented analysis.
