Why use LegalValidate for png to pdf

Transparency flattened onto white

A PNG with a transparent background becomes a normal white page, not a black one.

Fitted to the page

The image is placed on A4 with margins, in the orientation that suits its shape.

Then it is a document

Merge it, sign it, or give it a text layer — all the PDF tools apply.

Screenshots welcome

The commonest input here is a screenshot of terms someone showed you.

When you need this

  • A screenshot of an online agreement needs to be filed as a document.
  • An exported page from a design tool has to be attached to a contract.
  • A receipt saved as PNG must go into an expense claim as PDF.
  • You are assembling a document from captured images.

What this tool will not do

  • One image, one page. Merge afterwards to combine several.
  • The text in the image is not text — run Make PDF Searchable if you need to search it.
  • Very large images (roughly above 40 megapixels) are refused.

PNG to PDF — questions

What happens to transparency? +

It is composited onto white. Without that step, transparent areas render black in a PDF.

Can I combine several PNGs? +

Convert each, then use Merge PDF — or drop them into the document workspace and do it in one session.

Will it stay sharp? +

The image is placed at high quality and fitted to the page; what was legible stays legible.

Need to do more than one thing to this document?

Open it in the document workspace instead: upload once, then reorder, rotate, delete, merge and compress without sending the file again.
